Same-gender couples and straight allies can share their love, joy and support for one another and their families by posting engagement and wedding information and photos on the wedding registry at

This new initiative is the result of mission expansion by AIDS Services for the Monadnock Region (ASMR). In November 2010, the agency’s Board of Directors voted to include GLBTQ outreach, education and activism in its mission statement. The impetus for this commitment was the “Keep Spirit Alive” rally organized by ASMR in October 2010 and attended by over 200 people, proclaiming that anti-gay bullying will not be tolerated in the Monadnock Region.

A strong proponent of equal marriage rights for same-gender couples, ASMR has served as a core organizer of Monadnock Live Free and Equal, a local coalition working with NH Freedom To Marry to ensure that equal marriage rights in NH remain intact.

Donations made to support the work of ASMR in honor of a couple's wedding or commitment ceremony will be recognized with a personalized acknowledgement to the couple, celebrating the love of family and friends and their commitment to equality.
