US Rep Bass to Tour Merrimack Valley HS Biomass Plant, Keynote Local Energy Solutions Conference

PENACOOK, NH – On Saturday, April 2, 2011, Congressman Charles F. Bass (NH-02) will attend the Third Annual Local Energy Solutions Conference sponsored by Clean Air - Cool Planet and address local energy committee members, municipal and school staff and volunteers, legislators and other interested citizens about local energy issues and his work on the House Energy and Commerce Committee.  The Conference will be held at Merrimack Valley High School, located at 106 Village Street in Penacook.

At 11:15 a.m., Bass will tour the Merrimack Valley High School biomass plant, and at 12 p.m. Bass will deliver the keynote address at the conference.  Members of the media are welcome to attend the tour and lunchtime address.
