KEENE, NH – On Thursday, April 21, 2011, starting at 3 p.m., Congressman Charles F. Bass (NH-02) will tour the Monadnock Region Child Advocacy Center in Keene and later meet with approximately 100 employees at Smiths Medical during a town hall meeting at the company’s Keene location.
This week and next, Bass will be meeting with New Hampshire businesses and constituents to talk about ways to improve the economy and create confidence among job creators in the Granite State and across the nation.
Tomorrow, Thursday, April 21st, Bass will be participating in the following events in Keene (members of the media are invited to attend the following events):
3 p.m.: Tour the Monadnock Region Child Advocacy Center with Director Atonya Hart and learn more about the community partnerships they have developed in Cheshire County to assist in child abuse investigations. The Child Advocacy Center is located at 164 Emerald Street in Keene.
4 p.m.: Participate in a Town Hall Meeting with Employees at Smiths Medical, a supplier of medical devices. Bass will speak with approximately 100 employees at the company and answer questions about his work in Washington and New Hampshire. Smiths Medical is located at 10 Bowman Drive in Keene.
