Greenfield, New Hampshire – The Hillsborough County Republican Committee will host its annual Flag Day fundraising picnic on Sunday, June 12th, from 12:00 Noon to 3:00 PM, at the Barbara C. Harris Conference Center, 400 Sawmill Road (Route 31), Greenfield, NH.

Guest speakers will include 2012 Republican presidential candidates, members of the NH Congressional delegation, state and local representatives and other notables. Picnic style menu includes hamburgers, hot dogs, salads, soft drinks and dessert prepared by Barbara C. Harris Center staff.
John Burt, producer NH Politics, will serve as Master of Ceremonies.
Throughout the event, the Hillsborough County Republican Committee will be collecting donations of cash and gift cards to support the residents of Liberty House in Manchester. Liberty House offers transitional housing, medical and job assistance for homeless Veterans. Especially needed are: cash donations, gas cards, Staples gift cards, and Manchester Transit Authority adult bus tickets which can be purchased online at www.mtabus.org/tickets.cfm.
Tickets for the Flag Day Picnic fundraiser are $30.00 and may be purchased by mail from Ann Bowes PO Box 441, Hancock, NH 03449. There is a discount of 10% with prepaid purchase of blocks of 10 tickets paid with one check for $270.00. Please contact Ann Bowes before June 6 to place an advertisement or candidate information in the Picnic Program book. Deadline for ticket purchase is Friday, June 3, 2011.
The annual Flag Day Picnic is one of the two major fundraisers held each year by the Hillsborough County Republican Committee and serves as a kick-off event for the 2012 election season. Proceeds from this event will be used to recruit and support Republican candidates representing the twenty-nine towns of Hillsborough County in the 2012 elections.
