Nashua, NH Jeanine Notter, President of the Nashua Area Federated Republican Women, announced today that the organization has chosen to honor 2008 Congressional nominee and We the People founder, Jennifer Horn, as the 2011 Woman of the Year.
“The NAFRW is an organization that celebrates and encourages the participation of women in the political process,” said Notter, “and as such we are proud to honor Jennifer Horn with our annual Woman of the Year award.”
“Jennifer is a long-time member of NAFRW. In addition to a long history of community service, including support of our troops and children’s organizations, Jennifer has also run twice for US Congress and recently founded the non-partisan organization, We The People, to continue the fight to preserve the founding principles in our nation.
Jennifer’s dedication to preserving a free America for future generations, her long history of being a clear, intelligent voice on so many important conservative issues, and her commitment to engaging and empowering women in the political process has earned her the NAFRW 2011 Woman of the Year Award.”
Notter also announced that Mary Pawlenty, wife of Republican presidential candidate, will be the keynote speaker at the June 20th luncheon.
“The NAFRW is proud to welcome Mary Pawlenty as our keynote speaker,” said Notter. “She is an extraordinary woman, accomplished in her own right, and we are eager to hear about her experiences as a judge, mother, and the spouse of a Presidential candidate.”
