McCOTTER Keynotes Eagle Forum Convention, Will Address Republican Jewish Coalition

Washington, D.C. - On Saturday (June 11th), U.S. Representative Thaddeus McCotter (R-MI) was the keynote speaker at the tenth annual convention of Eagle Forum California.  The conference was held at the Town & Country Hotel in San Diego.  In addition to Rep. McCotter, other prominent conservative leaders addressing the conference included Andrew Breitbart of and radio talk show host Rick Amato.  At the ninth annual convention in 2010, the keynote speaker was Rep. Michele Bachmann.

On Sunday morning (June 12th), Rep. McCotter will be a guest on the Fox News Channel's America's News HQ program hosted by Jamie Colby and Eric Shawn.  Via satellite from Los Angeles at 11 a.m. ET, Rep. McCotter is expected to be asked to discuss his views on jobs, the economy, and the 2012 presidential election.

On Sunday evening (June 12th), Rep. McCotter will address the Republican Jewish Coalition Summer Bash honoring philanthropists Dr. Miriam and Sheldon Adelson.  The event will take place at the Beverly Hilton Hotel.  Among other topics, Rep. McCotter has been asked to discuss his legislation to cut off U.S. contributions to the U.N. in the event the U.N. takes any action to authorize Palestinian “statehood.”  In addition to Rep. McCotter, other speakers scheduled to address the Republican Jewish Coalition's dinner include former Speaker Newt Gingrich.
