I confirmed with jail superintendent Rick Van Wickler this week that Jim Johnson has been ordered held indefinitely for not filling out a court form. (A clear violation of the right to not be forced to testify.) He has now been imprisoned for two weeks. There's a little good news, and that is that he has been moved out of segregation and into population:
Should you like to interview him, you can visit him at the jail during regular visiting hours: 8a-12p, 1p-3:30p, 6p-10p.
