WARREN, NH – On Monday, August 15, 2011, starting at 8:45 a.m., Congressman Charles F. Bass (NH-02) will meet with seniors and visit a number of businesses in northern Grafton County, including stops at the Glencliff Home in Warren, the Horsemeadow Senior Center in North Haverhill, White Mountain Biodiesel in North Haverhill, and the Littleton Coin Company.
Throughout the month of August, Bass will be meeting with business owners and employees, local officials, and constituents about how Congress can make it easier for the private sector to grow and create jobs.
Members of the media are invited to attend the following events on August 15th:
8:45 a.m.: Tour the Glencliff Home, which provides a continuum of services for New Hampshire’s developmentally disabled. Glencliff Home is located at 393 High Street in Warren.
11:30 a.m.: Meet with seniors at Horsemeadow Senior Center in North Haverhill and give an update about his work in Washington and New Hampshire. The Horsemeadow Senior Center is located at 91 Horsemeadow Road in North Haverhill.
12:45 p.m.: Visit White Mountain Biodiesel, a company that manufactures and sells biodiesel, designs and constructs biodiesel plants, and helps farmers and land owners return fallow and unused open land to productivity through the planting and harvesting of oil seed crops. White Mountain Biodiesel is located at 35 Business Park Road in North Haverhill.
2:15 p.m.: Visit the Littleton Coin Company, which hosts one of the nation’s largest coin and currency inventories. The Littleton Coin Company is located at 1309 Mt. Eustis Road in Littleton.
