Aug. 1, Manchester, NH - The Gary Johnson for President campaign added two new members to its New Hampshire staff this week: Nick Murray and Andy Hauger. Murray, a senior political science major at the University of New Hampshire, will sit out the fall semester to serve in a dual role as New Hampshire College Coordinator and as Field Coordinator for the seacoast region. Hauger, who assisted with efforts to pass a spending cap in Manchester, will serve as Field Coordinator for the Merrimack Valley region.

Murray and Hauger will join State Coordinator Brinck Slattery and New Hampshire Communications Director Matt Simon in their efforts to promote Johnson’s candidacy in the first-in-the-nation primary. The campaign headquarters at 530 Chestnut St. in Manchester is staffed by a full-time volunteer, Kira Neiderhoffer; office hours are 9-12 a.m. and 3-6 p.m., Monday through Friday.

“Nick Murray and Andy Hauger are dynamic young activists who will make a big difference in this campaign,” Slattery commented. “Most New Hampshire voters have not yet heard of Gov. Gary Johnson, but that is rapidly changing, and having two new staff members will dramatically increase our campaign’s ability to reach voters.”

Johnson will return to the Granite State Aug. 4-6, where he will visit several small businesses and share his ideas for balancing the budget, restoring the value of the dollar, reforming the tax system, and strengthening America’s economy.
