Sen. Sanborn Receives Endorsement of New Hampshire’s Premier Small Business Advocacy Organization

BEDFORD, NH – State Senator Andy Sanborn, candidate for re-election in the 9th District, today announced the endorsement of the National Federation of Independent Business for his campaign.

“I’m honored to have the endorsement of this great organization,” Sen. Sanborn said, “and am pleased to know they recognize that I am the pro-business candidate in this race.  The primary reason I got involved in public service was to advocate on behalf of the small business owners who create most of the jobs in our state, and to create an environment for them to flourish and move our economy forward,” he added.

“As small business owners ourselves, my wife Laurie and I understand the pressures and challenges that confront the business community in our state, and we have worked diligently to roll back unnecessary regulation and remove burdensome fees and restrictions that we recognize as hurdles to job growth,” Sen. Saborn continued.  “I look forward to returning to the legislature to continue to work for pro-business policies that will get Granite Staters back to work.”

NFIB is New Hampshire’s and the nation’s leading small business association, with offices in Washington, D.C. and all 50 state capitals. Founded in 1943 as a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization, NFIB gives small and independent business owners a voice in shaping the public policy issues that affect their business. NFIB’s powerful network of grassroots activists sends their views directly to state and federal lawmakers through their unique member-only ballot, thus playing a critical role in supporting America’s free enterprise system.
