Nashua – This evening, Chairman on the No Income Tax PAC, Kevin Smith, and We the People founder, Jennifer Horn, will be hosting a rally to promote ballot question one to ban an income tax. Guest speakers will include Congressman Charlie Bass, as well as State Senators Gary Lambert and Jim Luther.
