Mirski to discuss Constitutional Amendments
Concord, NH – Two CACRs, Constitutional Amendment Concurrent Resolutions, are on the November 6 election ballot. One, CACR 13, would ban a personal income tax; the second, CACR 26, would remove the NH Supreme Court’s rulemaking authority. Both speak to liberty and both have engendered heated discussions and editorializing. At the October 10 meeting of Smart Girl Politics New Hampshire, Representative Paul Mirksi, R-Grafton-10, will clear the fog and discuss why these measures are critically important to preserving (perhaps even restoring in the case of CACR 26) NH’s history of limited government.
Chair of both the House Committee on Legislative Administration and Special Committee on Redistricting during the past session, Mirski is known as a friend of liberty, which makes him a friend of Smart Girls.
