US Rep Bass Campaign Hires David Chesley as Senior Advisor

Chesley will manage voter contact and Get Out The Vote Efforts for Campaign

Concord, N.H. - The re-election campaign of Congressman Charles Bass (R-NH-02) has hired David Chesley to serve as a Senior Advisor focusing on coalitions, voter outreach, and Get Out The Vote (GOTV). Since 2006, Chesley has worked in New Hampshire politics working to get Republicans elected, including working on past Bass Campaigns.

“David Chesley has proven himself to be one of the best at organizing voter outreach efforts for campaigns in the state, including mine in 2010,” said Congressman Bass. “I know that our campaign will be in the best possible position to win this election in November with David managing our voter outreach and GOTV efforts.”

Chesley has been involved in Republican campaigns since 2002, building coalitions for Elizabeth Dole’s successful US Senate campaign before serving on her Senate staff.  In 2004, he built the grassroots organization in Northeast Ohio for President George W. Bush’s re-election.  He worked on the 2006 Bass re-election as grassroots advisor before joining the Rudy Giuliani Presidential Campaign in 2007 as the State Field Director for the first-in-the-nation primary. In 2008, Chesley managed Jennifer Horn’s Congressional Campaign helping Horn win a four-way primary to become the Republican nominee. He also managed Horn’s 2010 Congressional Campaign before advising the Bass Campaign in the General Election.
