One week from today, we will honor U.S. Senator Kelly Ayotte as our 2012 Conservative of the Year.
The event will be held on Friday, April 20 at the Grappone Center in Concord beginning with a reception at 6PM followed by the dinner at 7PM.
We still have a few seats available to this can’t-miss event featuring Senator Ayotte and Senate Republican Conference Chair John Thune.
Tickets can be purchased by visiting www.conservativeoftheyear.org.
I encourage you to purchase your tickets today by clicking here. I hope to see you next Friday!
Meanwhile, in Concord the NH House and NH Senate had a full line-up of legislative activity this week.
While many of the bills we are monitoring this session continue to move through the process, I am disappointed to report that the Senate voted on Wednesday to table HB 1677, the Right-to-Work bill. CLICK HERE to read more.
Next week is shaping up to be another important week of legislative activity with hearings on several significant pieces of legislation including the Health Care Compact, the RGGI repeal and an increase in the R&D tax credit. We will keep you posted on all these pieces of legislation.
Finally, I hope to see you at the Taxpayer Tea Party Rally this Sunday from 2PM to 5PM at Victory Park in Manchester. CLICK HERE for more details.
