Are European banks stuffed to the gills with sovereign debt just zombies?

According to the U.S. Department of Labor's Bureau of Labor Statistics, in March, there were 31,000 fewer people employed than in February, yet the politically useful unemployment rate went down somehow to 8.2 percent.
