PLYMOUTH, NH – Tomorrow, Thursday, April 5, 2012, Bass will meet with the Grafton County Economic Development Council, visit with constituents at the Plymouth Senior Center, and Tour Harmony Metals in the afternoon.

Members of the media are welcome to attend the following events tomorrow:

10:00 a.m.: Meet with the Grafton County Economic Development Council to discuss the recent grant they received from the Economic Development Administration for the Enterprise Center in Plymouth, an economic development incubator operated jointly by the Council and Plymouth State University.

Once completed, the Enterprise Center will assist entrepreneurs with business support services, mentoring, networking, and providing space for young firms. EDA funds represent half the cost of the project; the Grafton County Economic Development Council successfully raised the required matching funds. The GCEDC will use the funds to construct two additional floors at the Center, creating additional space for anchor tenants, incubator tenants, and business assistance providers.

The meeting will take place at the Grafton County Economic Development Council office, located at 131 Main Street in Plymouth.

11:30 a.m.: Visit the Plymouth Senior Center and meet with constituents.  The Plymouth Senior Center is located at 8 Depot Street in Plymouth.

1:00 p.m.: Tour Harmony Metals and meet with Ray Harmony, the owner.  Harmony Metals specializes in precision fabricating, welding, and machining of products for the defense, combustion power, and alternative energy sectors.  Harmony Metals is located at 1412 Route 175 in Holderness.
