MANCHESTER, NH – Maggie Hassan’s campaign for governor today announced new members of the campaign team, including new field, fundraising and new media staff. In January, Hassan announced campaign manager, Matt Burgess, finance director Pamela Danielson, and political director Wyatt Fore.
“We are thrilled to have put together such a great team,” said Matt Burgess, Hassan’s campaign manager. “We have a lot of work to do in the months ahead but we are putting the pieces together for a strong, winning campaign in November.”
The campaign will announce additional staff in the weeks and months ahead. Yesterday, Hassan announced 22 more events for her statewide house party tour on top of the 23 house parties she began her tour with in early March.
Kyle Sutton – Field Director
Most recently, Kyle served as field director for the West Virginia Democratic Party during the special election for Governor in 2011. Previously he was the field director and voter file manager for U.S. Sen. Michael Bennett (D-CO) and served on the Virginia Democratic Party’s field team in 2009. In 2008, Kyle worked for the Obama campaign in Indiana and Michigan.
Craig Brown – Grassroots Coordinator.
Craig previously worked as an intern on Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign and as a field assistant for Jeanne Shaheen's 2008 U.S. Senate campaign. He is a Manchester, New Hampshire native.
Emily Brown – Fundraising Events Coordinator
Emily most recently worked in the Development Department at EMILY's List in Washington, DC. In 2010 she was a Field Organizer on U.S. Sen. Patty Murray's re-election campaign in Washington State. She is a Wilton, New Hampshire native.
Ben Hanna – Research and New Media Assistant
While attending Middlebury College, Ben was a campus coordinator for President Obama's 2008 presidential campaign. Most recently, Ben was an environmental programs coordinator at the Airlie Center in Virginia. He is a native of Westmoreland, New Hampshire.
Andrew Laskar - Call Time Manager/Fundraising Assistant
Andrew most recently interned for The Angerholzer Team and New Partners in Washington, DC, where he worked in fundraising for federal candidates including: Sen. Bill Nelson (D-FL) and Rep. Keith Ellison (D-MN).
