CONCORD—The New Hampshire House Business Coalition will host a Series of Business Roundtable events with the major candidates from both parties for the office of Governor, beginning in May.
“We want to provide an opportunity for employers and legislators to learn more about the candidates’ specific ideas for improving the business climate and economy in our state,” said New Hampshire House Business Coalition Chair, Rep. Laurie Sanborn.
“We are pleased to support this event and the efforts of the House Business Coalition, and we appreciate our representatives in Concord reaching out and being so accessible and responsive to the business community,” said President & CEO of Northeast Delta Dental, Tom Raffio.
“This Roundtable series provides a wonderful opportunity for the more than 900 member businesses to really get to know the candidates and understand their positions on key issues,” said Tim Sink, President of the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce.
The Business Roundtable Series with Gubernatorial Candidates will take place at the Northeast Delta Dental building located at Two Delta Drive in Concord and is co-sponsored by the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce and Ian’s Wicked Good Donuts. Registration and coffee begins at 8:00am, and the event will be from 8:30–9:30am. The event is free but RSVPs are required.
Democratic candidate and former State Senator Jackie Cilley is scheduled to speak at the first Business Roundtable event in the series to be held on Thursday, May 17.
