Jackie Cilley thanks the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 490 for their endorsement

BARRINGTON - “I am tremendously excited by the endorsement of IBEW Local 490,” says Cilley.  “Construction trades workers understand the need for effective economic development to keep the state moving forward."

“IBEW LU 490 is pleased to announce the endorsement of Jackie Cilley for Governor of the state of NH.  Today we feel NH needs a Governor that certainly understands the challenges that face the New Hampshire blue collared worker. Our construction industry has been devastated in recent years with high unemployment and underemployment," IBEW LU 490 Business Agent/Financial Officer Joe Casey said, adding "This once vibrant industry important to so many of New Hampshire's families deserves a strong leader in the state house, one who won’t be afraid to make decisions based on fact and merit versus politics and lobbyists.”

The International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers LU 490 is a private sector organization whose members work mainly in the electrical construction industry. They represent approximately 450 current and retired members in New Hampshire.
