WBIN-TV Welcomes AARP as New Hampshire Debate Sponsors

Derry, NH – AARP New Hampshire will sponsor WBIN-TV’s debates for the Office of Governor and the First and Second Congressional Districts of New Hampshire.  The debates will take place October 9th – 11th and be broadcast live in prime time.

“Some of the most critical political races in the country are taking place right here in New Hampshire; our next president and the balance of Congress will be decided by New Hampshire voters,” said Bill Binnie, president of WBIN-TV.  “In October WBIN-TV will bring these critically important debates to our viewers live and in prime time,” continued Binnie.

“AARP is proud to sponsor these debates and give candidates an opportunity to present their positions on the issues that our members and the citizens of New Hampshire care about most,” said Kelly Clark, State Director, AARP New Hampshire.

The Concord Monitor, The Keene Sentinel, The Portsmouth Herald, and The Nashua Telegraph will join WBIN-TV as panelists for these debates.

WBIN-TV offers both entertainment and public affairs programming to an audience that encompasses 2.4 million households representing nearly 6 million viewers both over the air and through all major cable systems throughout New Hampshire and the Boston DMA.
