Barrington – Since her announcement to run for Governor of New Hampshire, Jackie Cilley has brought together an impressive roster of dedicated professionals to assist her campaign. As a former member of the NH House and Senate, Cilley plans to build upon the good work of Governor John Lynch and reinvigorate New Hampshire’s economy through sound investments in education, transportation and communication infrastructure, and an environment in which parents want to raise their families and that attracts tourists.
“I’m in this race to ensure that we have a state in which our children and grandchildren have the choice to stay, work and raise their own families,” says Cilley. “We have been losing our competitive advantage – the loss of 3,800 jobs last year and more this year show that clearly. We are better than that and we can reverse that trend if we actually listen to what business owners and our own citizens have told us. My administration will be dedicated to making the investments that have reliably proven to attract businesses with good jobs to build a robust economy for our citizens.”
For the past several months, Cilley has been assembling a team to carry the campaign forward into the November elections.
“What is remarkable about our team is that every individual is as passionate as I am about the future of our state,” Cilley noted. “It was really important to me to be able to work with folks who understand and care deeply about this state that I love dearly. We’ve accomplished that with this group who are backed by dozens upon dozens of equally passionate volunteers. Even on the longest days, this team inspires me to give all that I am capable of giving to this campaign.”
The Cilley campaign is headed up by former NH Representative Liz Merry as campaign manager and includes both nationally recognized consultants as well as New Hampshire professionals.
