US Rep Guinta on Pres. Obama's Comments that 'The Private Sector is Doing Fine'

'President Obama's comments this afternoon are yet another reflection of Washington politicians who are out of touch with everyday Americans.'

(Manchester – June 8, 2012) Rep. Frank Guinta released the following statement in response to President Obama’s comments today at a Washington press conference that “the private sector is doing fine.”

“President Obama’s comments this afternoon are yet another reflection of Washington politicians who are out of touch with everyday Americans. Whether it is the President’s statement today that the ‘private sector is doing fine’ or former Congresswoman Carol Shea-Porter comments last week that job fairs are ‘unnecessary,’ the inability of some public officials to recognize that middle-class job creation is the most crucial issue facing our country is baffling.

“Granite Staters can be assured that I will continue do exactly what they sent me to Washington to do - stand with New Hampshire job creators and those who are still out of work until everyone who is looking for a good paying middle-class job has one.”
