SBA and MEDO host HUBzone informational session to assist Manchester Small Businesses

Manchester, NH – The New Hampshire Small Business Administration (NHSBA) and the Manchester Economic Development Office (MEDO) will be hosting a HUBzone Informational Session on Thursday, August 2nd from 9:00-10:30am at PSNH on 780 North Commercial St.  A HUBZone is a Historically Underutilized Business Zone and is a program aimed at helping small businesses in urban and rural communities gain preferential access to federal procurement opportunities.

This meeting will introduce small businesses to the HUBZone program and explain the benefits and requirements of the program, the application process and how a business can use this program to help grow their business.  A representative from the NHSBA will be on hand to explain the HUBZone certification process and answer any questions.
