MANCHESTER – Democratic candidate for Governor Maggie Hassan released her third TV ad of the campaign today, titled “Difference.” This new ad builds on Hassan’s momentum from last week with endorsements from the NEA and Steelworkers and big crowds at her Ice Cream Socials across the state. The campaign continues to advertise on WMUR and statewide cable. Recent polling shows the governor’s race to be a dead heat.
The ad focuses on Hassan’s experience and record standing up for middle class families. Hassan helped pass a job training program that has partnered with hundreds of companies to train nearly 14,000 workers across New Hampshire. She stood up to insurance companies and worked to repeal a law that let them discriminate against sick workers. Hassan helped pass a law and supported alternative education programs, that helped cut New Hampshire’s annual high school drop out rate in half.
Hassan continues her grassroots Ice Cream Social Tour this Thursday in Hanover at the Richard W. Black Center and next week in Concord and Keene. For more details please see maggiehassan.com/events.
The media buy is approximately $70,000. Hassan’s ads are available at www.maggiehassan.com/tvads
