Lamontagne Campaign Releases "It's All in the Name" Web Ad

Manchester, NH - In his primary night victory speech, Ovide Lamontagne, Republican nominee for Governor, joked about having the “toughest name in politics.”  On Thursday, his campaign released the first web ad of the general election, “It’s All in the Name,” touching on that theme.

“I’ve often said that growing up with a name like Ovide helps to build character,” said Lamontagne, "and my father has joked that if he knew I would grow up to be in public life he would have given me a different name, but I am confident that come Election Day voters will remember our campaign not just for the uniqueness of my name but because of the vision for a better New Hampshire associated with it."

The humorous video features New Hampshire voters practicing their spelling and pronunciation before taking a few moments to explain why they support Ovide Lamontagne for Governor, citing his character, work ethic, and optimistic vision for the state of New Hampshire.
