Sen. John McCain Endorses Ovide for Governor

Calls Ovide a proven reformer who knows how to reach across the aisle

Manchester, NH - Sen. John McCain (R-AZ), stumping in New Hampshire today for Gov. Mitt Romney, endorsed Ovide Lamontagne for Governor.

"Ovide is a proven reformer," said McCain, "He knows how to reach across the aisle and he believes in low taxes and less government. I've had the honor of getting to know New Hampshire well over the past several years.  Voters here demand straight talk from leaders and expect them to be unafraid to stand on principle and make the tough, but necessary decisions.  Ovide is that kind of leader."

"I am truly honored to have earned Sen. McCain's endorsement," said Lamontagne.  "Sen. McCain is a national hero and is a proven fighter for the cause of limited, responsible government.  I appreciate his support and counsel in the race for Governor."
