President Obama has not been listening to the overwhelming majority of Americans who object to his big-government agenda. That will soon change, as Americans for Prosperity sends three buses to crisscross the nation. With hundreds of rallies and events, the Obama’s Failing Agenda tour will give voice to the millions of Americans who oppose the policies of this administration.
This tour will hold over 380 stops in 25 states and will educate Americans on the most harmful aspects of President Obama's big-government agenda, and help put grassroots pressure on politicians to turn away from these destructive policies.
The non-partisan tour kicks off this week in Tampa, Florida and will make its way through Sarasota, Lutz and Naples to promote economic freedom and limited government principles. The tour will then make its way to North Carolina, starting in Charlotte where President Obama will be in attendance at the Democratic National Convention. During Labor Day week Obama's Failing Agenda bus tour will hit 15 cities throughout North Carolina before it heads north to Virginia. To register for the Florida or North Carolina stops, click here.
There will be opportunities to sign a petition addressed to the President, participate in Freedom Phone Banks and share educational information on Obama's Failing Agenda and what policies would grow the economy and put people back to work.
Our country needs an agenda that will lead America to Prosperity, not one that leads us off a fiscal cliff. Our current national debt exceeds $16 Trillion and has grown 50% since 2009. There is no budget in place to keep Washington from spending us and future generations deeper in debt.
It is clear that Obama's policy agenda is failing.
This is going to be an exciting tour, and we can't wait to see you out there putting pressure on President Obama for his failing agenda!
