YRNF - Over 100k Voter Contacts: The YRNF Road To Victory

Young Republican Road To Victory

With everything at stake, the Young Republicans are on the road to victory for America. As of last weekend, Young Republicans have made over 100,000 voter contacts across the nation in our 2012 deployment
efforts. On Saturday the New York State Young Republicans walked 5 full election districts and knocked on over 400 doors, aiding Congressional Candidate Randy Altschuler in NY CD -1. The Massachusetts
YRs had a call day which highlighted US Senate Candidate Scott Brown. Connecticut came out in full force for Victory- including races such as Republican Senate candidate Linda McMahon. “Young Republicans all over the country are on the ground working to deliver victory for the Republican Party this November”, said YRNF Chairman Lisa Stickan, “We applaud the efforts of our members and look forward to adding to our
total voter contacts in the weeks to come.”

YR Smackdown – Young Republicans Contact 12,000 Voters for Linda McMahon!
Kudos to the Young Republican volunteers who deployed last weekend to bucolic Danbury, CT to help Linda McMahon, who’s locked in a dead-heat race for U.S. Senate. These energetic Young Republicans went
door-to-door and hit the phones to make 12,000 voter contacts!

Regarding this strong grassroots effort, Katie Todd, DCYR Chairman said, “I am always impressed by the energy and commitment of our membership who volunteer their weekends to elect Republicans, demonstrating young people are fired up about this election, because we know that we deserve better. I thank each of our DCYR volunteers for the impact they’ve made in 2012, and look forward to more deployments
in the weeks ahead."

DCYR National Committeeman and Deployment organizer Stephen Jackson, who will fill the role of YRNF Campaign Chairman added; "It's indicative of the passion among the youth of this country that over forty 20-and-30-somethings trekked seven hours by bus to knock on doors and make phone calls for an entire weekend. The enthusiasm for Republicans retaining the House, gaining the Senate, and electing Mitt Romney as President is building among our nation's right-of-center youth and their voices and actions – such as the 12,000 voter contacts made in Connecticut – are only becoming louder.”

Added YRNF Secretary Jack Dusik: “With just over six weeks to go until Election Day momentum is building and victory is palpable for our Republican team. Young Republicans will continue to lead with positive,
enthusiastic grassroots efforts such as the one in Connecticut!”
