As Americans celebrated Labor Day this past Monday, CEI Senior Fellow Matt Patterson proposes we start using the holiday to honor individual workers, not organized labor. When we start celebrating the hard work of individuals, we may be able to successfully empower individual workers with the freedom to choose whether or not to belong to unions.
