Controversial "FrackNation" Documentary Premieres Tonight

Hollywood, CA—FrackNation, the controversial “pro-fracking” documentary, premieres on Mark Cuban's AXS TV tonight, January 22, at 9 p.m. Eastern.

"We're excited that America gets to see the truth about fracking," Phelim McAleer, co-director, said. "This was a film funded by the people, for the people. Tonight their voices get heard."

FrackNation was funded by 3,305 backers through crowd-funding website Kickstarter. It was one of the most successful documentary campaigns ever launched through Kickstarter.

FrackNation follows journalist Phelim McAleer across America as he faces threats, malicious 911 calls and bogus lawsuits for just trying to question green extremists for the truth about fracking. McAleer uncovers fracking facts suppressed by environmental activists, and he talks with rural Americans whose livelihoods are at risk if fracking is banned.
