US Rep Carol Shea-Porter Statement on FEMA Vote

Washington, DC- Yesterday, Congresswoman Carol Shea-Porter voted to provide the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) with an additional 9.7 billion in emergency borrowing authority.  The money is for FEMA to pay flood insurance claims.
