NHDP - Momentum

Dear Friend –
Last night was a great night for New Hampshire Democrats.

In Nashua, Latha Mangipudi became the fourth Democrat elected to the New Hampshire House this year in a Special Election!

With 59% of the vote, Latha won a resounding victory over Bill O'Brien's Majority Leader Pete Silva.  Her victory is the latest sign that New Hampshire voters are tired of the reckless NHGOP Tea Party agenda.  The people of Nashua made it clear they want their representatives in Concord to be responsible, commonsense leaders who will work with Governor Hassan.  And that's exactly what Latha Mangipudi will do.

Join Latha and celebrate with her at the Jefferson Jackson Dinner on Saturday, November 16!

As we saw with Latha's great victory last night, as well as with Democratic wins in municipal elections across the state, New Hampshire is moving forward.  But now is not the time to be complacent - we are less than one year away from Election Day in 2014 and it is critical to get involved right now.  Republicans are going to pull out all the stops and will do everything they can in 2014 to try and defeat our Democratic candidates.  It is our job to make sure we have the resources to fight back and that's why we're continuing to work hard each and every day.

I look forward to seeing you, Governor Martin O'Malley, Governor Maggie Hassan, Senator Jeanne Shaheen, Congresswoman Carol Shea-Porter, and Congresswoman Annie Kuster on Saturday November 16 at the JJ Dinner!

Very best wishes,

Raymond Buckley, Chairman
New Hampshire Democratic Party
