Year Since Its Disastrous Website Debut, Carol Shea-Porter Still Standing Up For ObamaCare
MANCHESTER – The ObamaCare website HealthCare.gov debuted one year ago today with a thunderous flop.
The website cost over $2 billion and was the latest in a long line of missteps in ObamaCare's short four year history. As has been widely reported, New Hampshire families will likely see even higher premiums in 2015 on top of the considerable disruption this law has caused for thousands of Granite Staters.
Frank Guinta released the following statement:
"One year ago today, Granite Staters saw very clearly what a government-run healthcare system looks like. The failure of the ObamaCare website is nothing compared to the failure of the law to keep healthcare costs down and let families keep the plans they were promised. Carol Shea-Porter's inability to look at ObamaCare objectively, recognize its flaws and work to replace it with a program that works is devastating New Hampshire. Her reflexive, knee-jerk support for Washington's interests over those of her constituency is not the representation Granite Staters deserve."
