Suing the IRS: Release your correspondences with Shaheen and Shea-Porter

On Thursday, the American Center for Law & Justice (ACLJ) filed a federal lawsuit in New Hampshire against the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) on behalf of our organization, claiming the IRS is unlawfully delaying the release of records between the IRS and U.S. Senator Jeanne Shaheen (D-NH) who demanded the IRS investigate conservative organizations for engaging in "political activities."

The lawsuit requests the federal court to order the IRS to release the records. Led by Chief Counsel Jay Sekulow, the American Center for Law & Justice is headquartered in Washington, D.C.

The full release, as well as a quote from Jay Sekulow, can be seen HERE

You can also read more about it in stores in the National Review, Breitbart, and the NHJournal.

Holding Them Accountable: Hassan, Shaheen, Shea-Porter, and Kuster are still hiding

Our amazing volunteers continued to hold Senator Jeanne Shaheen, Governor Maggie Hassan, Congresswoman Carol Shea-Porter, and Congresswoman Annie Kuster accountable for hiding from their constituents at protests all around the state this week.

Granite Staters deserve to have elected officials who are open, honest, and transparent. These four individuals have been anything but accessible to their constituents. Until they stop hiding, Granite Staters will continue to highlight their deplorable constituent services and their refusal to meet with New Hampshire taxpayers.

Remember, Citizens for a Strong New Hampshire has put together an excellent, single location, for you to learn more about why Senator Shaheen, Governor Hassan, Congresswoman Shea-Porter, and Congresswoman Kuster are hiding from their constituents.

If you haven't visited,  please be sure to do so. If you've already looked through it, help inform others by sharing it with your friends and family.
