Obama on executive amnesty in 2013: "If, in fact, I could solve all these problems without passing laws in Congress then I would do so. But we're also a nation of laws." What a difference a year can make.  

Congress considers Keystone XL as Louisiana hangs in balance
While most political pundits are predicting Landrieu's political demise, Senate Democrats are desperate to retain the seat.  They are so desperate that they plan to bring up a vote on the Senate floor on legislation directing that the Keystone XL pipeline be completed.

Crabtree: Conservatives push short-term spending bill as way to defund 'amnesty'
"Do I want Speaker Boehner and Leader McConnell sitting down with Harry Reid to hash out a deal or standing toe-to-toe with Obama next year? I prefer the latter."
