Rubens For US Senate - Update from the Campaign Trail

I wanted to share with you what a great week our campaign had, and what's to come.

This week I was in Washington DC for two days, meeting with several groups including discussing protecting the 2nd amendment with the NRA, the elimination of the death tax with the 60 plus association among others.

I also had the pleasure of being on hand for Manchester Chamber of Commerce's Citizen of the Year Award Banquet on Thursday, where more than 800 members of the business community came together to honor Arthur Sullivan as Citizen of the Year. Congratulations to Arthur, the honor is well-deserved.

I want to take a moment to thank all the supporters who have been standing with me. Your help and support is critical to the success of this campaign. This week, I'd like to highlight Gus Fromuth, Jeff Frost, and Ambassador Gregory Slayton who have been supporters from very early on and have helped with organizing house parties and making phone calls. If you would like to get more involved in the campaign, please visit our website. There are a lot of volunteer opportunities and now is a great time to get involved.

Next week is another active week on the campaign trail, and features a two-day trip up the north country. Stops include a travel day in Lancaster, and stops in Colebrook that include: a tour of Kheops International, a tour of Stream Health Center, a meeting at Upper Connecticut Valley Hospital, and speaking at the Colebrook Chamber of Commerce.
