Stay Work Play NH Adds Program Coordinator

MANCHESTER – Stay Work Play New Hampshire has hired Shanon Hounshell of Enfield as the organization’s first Program Coordinator.

The Program Coordinator is responsible for growing and strengthening Stay Work Play’s presence throughout the state of New Hampshire by reinforcing existing relationships and cultivating new relationships, specifically with higher education institutions and college students.

Hounshell recently served as an attorney for the City of Dayton, Ohio, before relocating to the Upper Valley. She brings extensive experience in talent attraction and retention initiatives to the position, along with a strong communications background.

“As a new resident to the state I relied on Stay Work Play New Hampshire as a resource and quickly became involved in a volunteer role as one of the organization’s ongoing bloggers,” Hounshell said. “I am excited to grow my commitment and connection to the organization as I use my skills to build upon Stay Work Play’s current successes and assist in taking the organization to the next level,” she added.

Hounshell will begin the role immediately. She joins Kate Luczko who was named Executive Director in 2010. “We are thrilled to have Shanon join the Stay Work Play team and as a new position, it also demonstrates the growth of the organization,” Luczko said. “With a larger team and Shanon’s experience in talent retention, we will be able to have even more of an impact on NH.”
