AFTER MORE THAN 60 STOPS IN ALL 10 COUNTIES, SCOTT BROWN COMPLETES STATEWIDE “MAIN STREETS AND LIVING ROOMS TOUR”
Launches New Video In Conjunction: “New Hampshire Needs You”
Rye –After a final stop in Keene last Friday, Scott Brown completed his statewide “Main Streets & Living Rooms” tour that included more than 60 stops and took him to all 10 counties. Marking the final visit, the Scott Brown Exploratory Committee released a new web video today featuring testimonial from New Hampshire citizens encouraging Brown to enter the Senate race.
Titled “New Hampshire Needs You,” the spot features voters across the state voicing their frustration with Washington dysfunction, wasteful spending, and especially Obamacare.
“It’s hurting people I know that have lost their insurance and it’s going to be hurting me in the near future,” said a New Hampshire resident referring to Obamacare in the video.
The flawed health care law, which Senator Shaheen made possible by casting the tie-breaking vote, remains the most pressing concern for Granite Staters. Obamacare has led to increased premiums, canceled plans, and economic uncertainty burdening businesses and families.
With nearly 300,000 miles on his truck, Scott Brown stopped at more than 60 homes and businesses from the Seacoast to the North Country, including Frisbie Memorial Hospital in Rochester, Chutters in Littleton, the Flying Goose Brew Pub in New London, Red Arrow Diner in Manchester, Mount Cube Sugar Farm in Orford, and LL Cote Sports Center in Errol – to name a few. The tour finished at Lindy’s Diner in Keene after a visit to the Cheshire County Fairgrounds and walk through downtown.
Yesterday, Scott Brown notified supporters that he will formally declare his candidacy for U.S. Senate this Thursday at Portsmouth Harborside Hotel on Market Street.
