Fuller-Clark For NH Senate- Work left to do!

Dear Friend,
During the past two years in the New Hampshire Senate, my colleagues and I have joined with the Democratic majority in the House and Gov. Hassan to return some common sense to Concord and seek solutions that have won bi-partisan support. We have restored substantial funding to UNH and our community colleges, provided support for the Children in Need of Services (CHINS) program, expanded Medicaid to cover 50,000 of our hardest working neighbors, and established a firm economic foundation for our state coming out of the Great Recession.
During this time on behalf of my district where there are more than 60 small farms, I worked closely with our state’s farmers, allied stakeholders and our Department of Agriculture to increase support for the growing "Grow Local, Eat Local" food movement. In particular, I successfully sponsored legislation creating a new “farm to plate” program that will find and eliminate barriers to local consumption, prioritize our farm stands and farmers’ markets as tourist attractions, enhance the health of our citizens and focus attention on this growing sector of our economy.
Much remains to be done which is why I have decided to run for another term in the New Hampshire Senate in 2014. I am committed to helping you and your families have a secure and prosperous future. Since I was first elected to the House in 1990, I’ve fought for the values we share – a more equitable state, particularly with regard to women, full employment, a cleaner environment, a stronger education system, and a healthier population.

If I am to continue that work, I need the support of people who share these goals – people like you.
This current term, I have been honored to represent over 50,000 constituents in Durham, Lee, Madbury, Newfields, Newington, Newmarket, and Portsmouth. I look forward to continuing my work on their behalf. I will be reaching out to all of them during the coming campaign season as to why they should continue to support me and the agenda that I have fought for since joining the legislature.
Any contribution, for $10 to $100 to $1000 will make sure I have the necessary dollars to run an effective campaign and have the means to contact all of my constituents.
It is thanks to your support throughout so many years that I have been able to do the work I do in Concord. I am grateful for that support and hope that you will again contribute and help me advance the values we share in Concord.
Please be as generous as you can. It is important not only that I am re -elected but that we achieve a majority in the Senate as well. Your dollars will help to ensure that happens. Many thanks.
With warm regards,
Martha Fuller Clark
State Senator, District 21
