IRS evidence purposefully destroyed? Congress needs to act now
House Oversight Committee Chairman Rep. Darrell Issa believes that the destruction of Lois Lerner's hard drive constitutes "proof that their whole line about 'losing' e-mails in the targeting scandal was just one more attempted deception." If he believes this is a cover-up, then he needs to broaden his subpoenas to every federal entity Lerner might have talked to, and get this into federal court pronto.
