Brown For US Senate - THIS WEEK: GOVERNOR ROMNEY TO OFFICIALLY ENDORSE SCOTT BROWN AT AN INDEPENDENCE DAY KICKOFF

This week, we were very excited to announce that Governor Mitt Romney will be coming to New Hampshire, where he will be formally endorsing Scott Brown for U.S. Senate. Click here to RSVP now to attend the Independence Day Kick-Off July 2nd at Scamman's Bittersweet Farm in Stratham. 

On the trail, Scott continued his "Making Higher Education Work" around the state with a roundtable discussion at University of New Hampshire. Our team was also pleased to announce important endorsements from New Hampshire Senate President Chuck Morse, State Rep. Joe Sweeney and over 150 Hillsborough County supporters.

Next Wednesday, Governor Mitt Romney will endorse Scott Brown at an Independence Kick-Off Day in Stratham. Join us at Doug and Stella Scamman's Bittersweet Farm at 1:30 PM to rally with Granite Staters heading into Fourth of July festivities. You can RSVP for the event here.

"The GET Endorsement In The GOP U.S. Senate Primary"


 
On Monday, New Hampshire Senate President Chuck Morse endorsed Scott Brown, saying, "Scott Brown is a man of character who will work tirelessly to support the citizens of New Hampshire. After observing his campaign and listening to his message, I am confident that Scott has what it takes to unify the Republican Party and win back this senate seat in November."  

The Nashua Telegraph's Kevin Landrigan called Senator Morse "the GET" endorsement of the Republican primary field. Other coverage included:
 
Continuing 'Making Higher Education Work' Tour at UNH
 

 
Scott stopped at UNH this week and met with students and recent graduates to discuss his higher education plan set to reduce tuition and create better job opportunities.

The campaign also rolled out our "Students & Young Professionals for Brown" coalition, which is made up of more than 50 people supporting Scott. You can take a look at here

 

Scott was also endorsed by New Hampshire State Representative Joe Sweeney, who is the youngest state legislator in New Hampshire and current student body president at UNH.

Releasing Expanded Version of "LeeAnn" Ad
 

The campaign released an expanded version of the TV ad "LeeAnn" this week, a powerful 60 second spot featuring Scott's sister talking about her childhood growing up with Scott. You can watch the ad here.

Announcing 150+ Hillsborough County Supporters

On Wednesday, the Brown campaign released a list of over 150 supporters in Hillsborough County, including former Executive Councilor Ray Wieczorek, State Rep. Kathy Stroud and former State Rep. Maureen Mooney. Our list of grassroots supporters continues to grow each week and will propel us to victory in both September and November. Check out the full list here.

We will continue making phone calls next week, hosting phone banks at campaign headquarters in Manchester Monday through Thursday. We will also have phone banks next week in Nashua, Rye and Salem. See below for dates and times of the phone banks and sign up here:
