Michelle Levell Named NHLA Activist of the Year

July 14, 2014

Sunday evening, Michelle Levell, candidate for Rockingham District 7 (Windham) was named the New Hampshire Liberty Alliance's “Activist of the Year”.

Eileen Landies, Chair of the NHLA, said "Michelle has been a tireless advocate for school choice and second-amendment rights."

"I'm absolutely thrilled to receive this honor; doubly so because it was the NHLA that helped me find my voice as an activist many years ago," said Levell

The NHLA is a non-partisan, all volunteer organization that promotes individual liberty, greater accountability and transparency of government, and fiscal responsibility. It is widely recognized as the most effective liberty organization in Concord, and as the model for holding legislators accountable.
Michelle served on the NHLA Board of Directors (2008-2010) and, in that role, covered a broad-range of education issues since 2007, including providing testimony and bill analysis.
