NEWTON - Today, Scott Brown visited HALO Maritime Defense Systems to view the recently opened facility in Newton. Brown held a round table discussion with employees and was able to learn more about their innovative products.
“HALO is a trailblazer in the field of maritime security, creating unique barrier designs that improve national security and fortify military ports from potential attacks,” said Brown. “It's a privilege to have a leader in military asset protection operating in New Hampshire--growing our local economy and providing good-paying jobs.”
HALO is a maritime barrier manufacturer that recently expanded its operation in New Hampshire. Much of the management is made up of veterans and service academy graduates. Their primary service is to provide governments or private sector clients with barriers for waterways for security purposes as well as wave control for coastal areas. HALO has the capacity to develop sophisticated barriers along our nation's borders.
"Our product is a game changer in waterside security for critical asset protection. We appreciate Senator Brown stopping by to tour our facility today," said Brendan Gray, President of HALO Maritime Defense Systems.
