Guinta For Congress (CD1) - On the Trail with Team Guinta

Yesterday I was proud to announce that our unbroken string of consecutive weekly endorsements continued with the release of former Congressmen Chuck Douglas and Bill Zeliff. This marks the 23rd release in as many weeks. Please see the full release HERE.

Last week, we traveled out to Rochester to a meet and greet at Phagins Restaurant. While going from table to table, we heard similar stories of concerns with the economy, the
exclusion of Frisbie Hospital from the Exchange and more. We shared the solutions I have proposed to fix our health care system and results from our Middle-Class Economic Recovery Tour. Looking forward to getting back out to Rochester soon!

Last weekend we made our way to Freedom for their annual parade. With a group of supporters in tow, we marched through the center of town and around the main streets. The beauty of our state never ceases to amaze me, and any time we have the opportunity to head north we try to soak it all in!

Earlier in the week we had the pleasure of traveling out of District to Nashua where we attended a candidate’s forum held by the Nashua Area Federation of Republican Women. This terrific group of activists warmly greeted us as we discussed the Campaign and several of the day’s most prominent issues.

We made another swing north this week speaking to a group of north country residents at a
meet and greet in Madison. We discussed my efforts in Congress to bridge the partisan divide with regard to fishing, transportation and state specific issues like funding for the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program. I broke with leadership on this important issue, supporting an increase in assistance to the more than 47,000 Granite Staters who benefit from this program.

Our trip north included a stop at Memorial Hospital in Conway. Operating since 1911, Memorial is consistently ranked as one of the best rural hospitals in the entire country. I applaud them for the outstanding services they offer to those in the region and look forward to working with them in the future.

Another great week in the books, hope to see you out on the trail soon!

Best,

Frank Guinta
Candidate for Congress
