This week, Scott Brown tackled head-on the most pressing issue of the day: the ongoing immigration crisis on our southern border, which is a direct result of the pro-amnesty policies of President Obama and Senator Shaheen.
"A Nation That Has Lost Control Of Its Borders Isn't Really A Nation At All"
Immigration is the top issue right now, and Scott spent the week laying out the clear differences between himself and Senator Shaheen. In addition to the television and radio ads from the campaign, which you can watch below, the campaign put out a release that shows where Brown and Shaheen differ on immigration, and you can see that here.
Scott took his message on immigration to local and national media outlets, as he appeared on NH Today with Jack Heath and also on Fox News. In each appearance, he stressed the importance of securing our border and said that President Obama and Senator Shaheen's pro-amnesty policies are the reason why people keep coming to our country illegally. Listen to the interviews here and here.
Scott toured HALO Maritime Defense Systems in Newton and visited E&R Laundry and Dry Cleaners in Manchester this week. He also held a meet and greet with local veterans and concerned citizens at the Kingston VFW and knocked on some doors in Epping with State Senator Russell Prescott.

"Brown Had Done His Homework"
Scott sat down with the Foster's Daily Democrat this week for an editorial board meeting, laying out his position on the key issues of the day. Brown took strong stands against Senator Shaheen on health care, immigration, and breaking through the gridlock in Washington. Check out the whole article about the meeting and then the subsequent editorial below.
Earlier in the week, Foster's had a very tough editorial for Senator Shaheen, observing that "voters considers themselves forsaken by Shaheen's near blind allegiance to the president while turning her back too often on the Granite State" and urging them, "not to be fooled again at the ballot box in November.
