MANCHESTER - Scott Brown released the following statement on the 13th anniversary of 9/11 terrorist attacks:
“Once again, on this somber day, our thoughts are preoccupied by the memories of those who were taken from us: moms and dads, brothers and sisters, friends and neighbors. We reflect on the countless acts of heroism that saved others from harm. In the face of darkness, we rose together to demonstrate the love of country reflected in the American spirit that will never be compromised by our enemies. Today, the pure evil of terrorist groups like ISIS continue to remind us of man's inhumanity to man. This is a day to remember, and to resolve never again."
This evening, Brown will attend the 9/11 Memorial Ceremony at Benson Park in Hudson.
