NHDP - New Poll Reinforces Why Republicans Are Terrified About Kelly Ayotte

New UNH/WMUR Granite State Poll Shows Kelly Ayotte’s Favorability Significantly Under 50% and Under 40% with Independents

Concord, N.H. – A new UNH/WMUR Granite State Poll reinforces why national and local Republicans are increasingly terrified about Kelly Ayotte.
The Granite State Poll shows Ayotte’s favorability significantly under 50%, with less than 40% favorability among Independents.
“Kelly Ayotte isn’t working to solve problems in Washington, she’s become the problem, focusing more on raising her national profile on Fox News than looking out for the people of New Hampshire,” said New Hampshire Democratic Party Chair Ray Buckley.
“As Ayotte continues to put New Hampshire communities at risk by playing politics with funding for the Department of Homeland Security, it’s hardly a surprise that she finds her favorability significantly under fifty-percent. Granite Staters deserve better than a Senator who will jeopardize the safety of our communities for a chance at the Veepstakes,” added Buckley.
“Ayotte’s eroding support among Independents shows that she’s lost the largest block of New Hampshire voters, reinforcing why national and local Republicans have every right to be terrified about Kelly Ayotte losing,” concluded Buckley
