NH DOS - FIRST RESPONDERS ASK DRIVERS TO USE MORE CAUTION

CONCORD, NH – With 19 state police cruisers hit since Thanksgiving, a more than three-hundred percent increase over the winter-season average, first responders will hold a press conference Friday urging drivers to slow down, move over and use greater caution.

“Slowing down, moving over and using greater caution benefits everyone—persons involved in the primary accident, emergency responders, and other drivers who could potentially be involved in a secondary accident,” State Police Colonel Robert Quinn said. “It also helps drivers avoid fines associated with both driving too fast for road conditions and causing a crash.”
