Earlier today, 13 Senators showed their hypocritical colors. It is our duty as bloggers to shed light on our political system at all times. Today, we need to focus our attention on 13 Senators that sat back and did the wrong thing.

The United States Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor and Pensions fell short on passing an amendment offered by Senator Tom Coburn (R-OK) that would have placed medical marijuana under the same restrictions that the Senate is attempting to place on tobacco through the FDA.

Instead of regulating both marijuana and tobacco, these 13 Senators felt it was best to only regulate tobacco. Senator Coburn's test worked. He was able to expose those Senators that were playing the politcal game to score cheap points. Read the full story here.
