MANCHESTER , NH—After emphasizing his ability to bring about real change in Wednesday’s debate, Senator Barack Obama will return to New Hampshire for his sixteenth visit on Saturday morning. Obama will continue his dialogue with voters at a Meet the Candidate event at Rollins Parkin Concord.
